RAMMER

 

                            Rammer is light weight

compaction equipment used for compacting small areas by providing impact load to the soil. This compaction equipment is light and can be hand operated or machine operated. Rammers are most suitable for cohesive and semi-cohesive soils. Its base dimensions all 15cm*15cm or 20cm*20cm or more. Weight of rammers vary from 30kg to 1 tonnes. Frequency ranges of blows are 00-750 per minute. Maximum 200mm thickness of layers can be compacted by using these rammers.

 PLATE VIBRATOR 

        Plate vibrators are ideal when working with granular soils because they use vibrations to help settle the soil as it compacts. Compactor plates are wider than rammer plates, which means that its weight and compaction force is spread out over a greater area. This plays well to its strength in vibrating base material into place. 

 

VIBRATORY ROLLER

Vibratory rollers provide compact force by combination of weight and vibration of their

steel compact rollers, commonly referred as drums.        

These rollers achieve compaction by its self-weight, impact forces, vibration response in the mix. Roller drum available in varies weight 1 ton, 3ton, 5ton and 10 ton etc. The vibrations are generated by eccentric weights on independent rotating shafts.

 AIR COMPRESSOR

  In building construction, the air compressor is used for many works such as clean the surfaces, clean the reinforcement etc.

     BACKHOE LOADER (JCB)

 

Backhoe Loader is a very useful machine in construction sites. This is very versatile multipurpose equipment used in construction. . Backhoe loaders are commonly used for loading earth, aggregate, sand etc., the machine comprises of rigid frame, a loader bucket at the front and the backhoe at the back. 

This can be used for excavations approximately 3m below the ground and it has a

maximum discharge height of 4.9m. The maximum out  stretch of the bucket from the center line of the stabilizer is 5.3m. In this mode, machine must be stabilized using the jacks. The 2m wide; 0.7 m3 capacity front bucket is used as a loader and it has a maximum discharge height of 3m.

        EXCAVATOR

 

                                   Excavators            are       large construction equipment that can be available over wheels or tracks, the lasted one considered the standard in the industry. A traditionally excavator usually has a long bucket arm attached to a pivoting can rotate a full 360 degrees. The operator sits in the cab and from there he can be able to have visibility of the site. The most common uses of an excavator are, material

handling and digging of trenches, holes and                     

foundations.

          MOBILE CRANE

 

 

             A mobile crane is a cable –controlled crane mounted o crawlers or rubber-tried carriers or hydraulic=powered crane with a telescoping boom mounted on truck type carriers or as self-propelled models. They are designed to easily transport to a site and use with different types of load and cargo with little or no setup or assembly.  

 



       PUMP CAR

 

               A concrete pump car is a machine used for transfer liquid concrete by pumping. It is used on most of the larger construction projects as they are capable of pumping at very high volumes .

     POKER VIBRATORS

        A poker vibrator is used to compact concrete well. It consist of an electric weight encased in a housing and may be driven by an electric or pneumatic motor or a petrol or diesel engine. Poker diameter range from 25mm to 75mm. poker compaction is complete when the surface of the concrete gets a water sheen and air bubbles no longer break through it. The poker must be inserted at regular intervals in both directions.  

CHIPPIG HAMMER

       

                Chipping hammers are light weight, hand held concrete breakers that can be easily positioned to break vertical and overhead surfaces. Chipping hammers are most used to break concrete on vertical and overhead surfaces. Chipping hammer was used at out site for pile hacking

                 ANGLE GRINDER WITH DIAMOND WHEEL

 

               The angle grinder is a portable power tool used in a grinding and polishing hard surfaces. Using diamond wheel with angle grinder offers great long term benefits such as, longer life span, high heat resistance and cost effectiveness.

To cutting additional bars at our site, angle grinder with

diamond wheel was used.
